Full Crew, I hope you are all feeling rested, relaxed and recovered from cutback week! It was wonderful to celebrate and fellowship with you all after the long run on Saturday week. I am so inspired by all of your hard work this season, and I know that you are going to CRUSH this peak week, ending with our FIRST 20 MILER OF THE SEASON!!!! Half Crew, WAY TO CRUSH that 10 miler! Enjoy a small cutback at Run Columbus Run this weekend!
This week, Fit for Life Physical Therapist Chelsea Hall and Dietician Rebecca Youngs discuss Post Tib Treatment & Collagen's impact on tendon healing.
For Wednesday workout, we will tackle Dead Poets 2 Milers + Strides to build grit and increase turnover. On Saturday, we hit 7 miles and the BIG 2-0 at Hills Market for Run Columbus Run.
NOTE: SATURDAY 4/1 MARKS THE START OF 7:30am LONG RUNS!
