5K & 10K

Advanced 5K Training

In-person workouts return June 12th! Read all about it here!

If you’re familiar with 5k-10k race scene and looking to truly find where your limits are, this is the program for you.  This format allows you to take the step from completing to competing against both your previous self and your age group.  We do that through our incredible coaches, technical resources and individualized programming.

This training group is designed with the expectation of having a base of 15+ miles per week and/or history of running regularly, ability to do 1-2 challenging workouts per week, a goal race in mind, and a willing attitude.

When can I start? 

Today! Our training schedules are designed to accommodate your ability to train for any race at any time! We offer customized schedules for 5K (3.1 miles), 4 Mile, and 10K (6.2 miles) races.

Am I a good fit for this program? 

If you have a desire to achieve personal bests in the 5k-10k and the eclipse the previous you, yes.

When are the workouts? 

Workouts are on Saturday mornings, and Tuesday evenings.

 

What do I need to get started?

Nothing except a desire to get going and goal for where you want to be!

Getting properly fit for running shoes will certainly help, but that can always wait until after the first workout.
