5K & 10K

5K to 10K Training

Our 5K to 10K program is designed to motivate, educate, and inspire those to do something they previously thought was impossible - complete a race! We do that through our incredible coaches who know what it takes to be successful.

Yes, you will finish your race but we know the true accomplishment of our MIT 5K-10K program is the commitment you will make to yourself - to live a healthier and more fit lifestyle. And that is something that will reward you for a lifetime!

When can I start? 

Today! Our training schedules are designed to accommodate your ability to train for any race at any time! We offer customized schedules for 5K (3.1 miles), 4 Mile, and 10K (6.2 miles) races. The next race on our schedule is the Emerald City 5K & Quarter Marathon (10K+) in Dublin's Bridge Park in August!

How far do I need to be able to run before getting started? 

Zero miles! We will get you from wherever you are today to the starting line with our proven program! All you need to pick is your race date!  If you don’t have one in mind check out these options!

When are the workouts? 

Workouts are on Saturday mornings, and Wednesday evenings. Time and locations vary seasonally.
