The Off Season Run Club

Now that Fall races are in the rearview, we are launching headfirst into the off season. And with any good marathon training program, you'll know that the 2 months post-race are all about recovery: aka - CHILLIN' OUT. Join MIT for five weeks of glorious easy runs, good friends and tasty beverages!

The Off Season is a FREE extension of our half and full marathon training program, which you can read about below, but as for The Off Season... Yes, there will be running and walking involved, however....

The Off Season is really about camaraderie! Build your running community, maintain your fitness, and keep those PRs rolling into next season.

We'll explore all the best brewery and cafe haunts that Columbus has to offer! And we'll end up at a friendly, local establishment ready to serve up their tasty libations.

The Off Season is here. Let's run through it together! Bring your running and walking buddies, friends, and neighbors as we log a few miles, and finish up with coffee and cold beer. Join us for The Off Season this November and December. Easy miles, good friends, and tasty beverages!
