Steps to download and import:

Download file(s) by clicking below.

Open file and enter your race date and name in the provided fields

If your race falls on a Saturday, enter the date of the SUNDAY following. (i.e. race is on 8/21/2021, enter 8/22/2021)

Select the appropriate tab for your distance and ability level.

Print or import into your calendar app of choice.

Log miles and keep moving forward!
