Training Plans

MIT Half & Full Marathon + No Boundaries 5k/10k

Steps to download and import:

  1. Download file(s) by clicking below. 

  2. Open file and enter your race date and name in the provided fields

    1. If your race falls on a Saturday, enter the date of the SUNDAY following. (i.e. race is on 8/21/2021, enter 8/22/2021)

  3. Select the appropriate tab for your distance and ability level.

  4. Print or import into your calendar app of choice.

  5. Log miles and keep moving forward!
