The attached FFL New Year’s Resolutions article includes a few tips to help you make a well-thought-out plan to reach your goals and avoid injury.
And, in our first-ever Cross Over Week, we tackle the mental health component of race preparation, group participation, and injury rehabilitation with another Train Your Brain gem from Dr Heather Bechtel. Heather is a marathoner, pediatrician, and proud mom of two.
