In addition to this exciting news, we are gearing up for another build week Track 1000s at Grit Workout on Wednesday and a 7 and 12 mile long run at Fleet Feet Upper Arlington this Saturday. Our Fit For Life articles for the next two weeks will help us dial in our Nutrition & Hydration. As our mileage load increases, we need to focus on fueling properly!

NUTRITION 101 & GOAL SETTING FOR RACE DAY
After a few weeks of hip and leg injury discussions, it is time to turn our attention to the basics of nutrition and hydration.

How has this been true for you? Tell us how or why running with MIT has changed your life. Please include how long you've been a member of MIT, and what running the NYC Marathon with MIT would mean to you.
You may either type your answer in the form OR upload it as a file.
DEADLINE:
WEDNESDAY, JULY 31 at 12 PM.
WHO DECIDES:
Your essays will be reviewed anonymously, and voted on by a panel of non-MIT Fleet Feet Staff. The 5 members whose essays have the most votes will be be awarded entry.
