Post-Season Update: What's next?
What an incredible training season it’s been! From your first strides to finish lines, every mile was powered by your grit, growth, and commitment to this team. We are so proud of the progress, community, and strength that defined this season.
Now, it's time to enjoy some well-earned rest. Take a breath, sleep in, stretch out, and celebrate all you’ve accomplished. Recovery is part of the journey — soak it up
Mark your calendars!
📍 Saturday, June 21st – Our first official run together will be in partnership with ALL of Fleet Feet Training Programs, showing the community everything we have to offer! MIT will run 3 miles (Halfs) and 6 miles (Fulls). Location TBA!
🎉 Friday, June 28th – MIT Kickoff Celebration with New Balance: Join us at the Fleet Lewis Center for our official season launch (4 and 8 miles), in partnership with New Balance.

📣 May Communications Pause
After the race, our team will be going quiet for the first couple weeks of May to rest and recharge. We’ll miss you—but we’ll be back soon!

Keep your eyes peeled — we’ll be sharing a Base Mileage Training Plan to help you stay consistent and build strong foundations for the Summer/Fall season ahead.

This Sunday 5/4 at Fleet Feet Lewis Center at 10am, GOYOGA will be hosting a made-for-runners yoga class to help you stretch out and recover post-race! The class is only $10, and you can sign up here.

You should be so proud of that awesome medal! It is the size of a manhole cover! Wear it to dinner. Wear it to the mall. Wear it everywhere…you have earned it.
