Crush your core with Coach Cheryl

Sunday Strength is back in action! Strength training is an essential supplement to a runner's roadwork because it strengthens muscles and joints, which can improve race times and decrease injury risk!

 

Join us every Sunday at 10am at Fleet Feet Polaris for an all-levels core strength class with Coach Cheryl.

What to bring: A yoga mat, towel, water bottle and a smile!
